Administrative Assistant - Homebuilders Program
This position provides clerical support and assistance to the Homebuilders program staff. Answer all phone calls, assist clients who need referrals and/or resources to the various Prevention Program services. Supports daily activities of the program: correspondence, faxing, gather incoming and outgoing mail, and prioritize task assignments from staff, Supervisors, and Director. Manages program-filing system which includes archiving, assistance with auditing and weekly maintenance of file room. Serves as a member of the KID support team by providing relief to the main switchboard and front desk when needed. Other duties as assigned. This is a full time position: 40 hours/week.
Skills / Requirements
Must have a High-School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends if needed to meet the needs of the program. Administrative/Secretarial coursework preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License with full-time access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (proof of insurance is required.)
Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: $ 12/hour
