Job Status: Full Time
This position is responsible for providing parenting skills training to clients. Also, ensures that parenting training is provided through educational groups and/or individual sessions. This is a cross-trained position and is also responsible for providing all the necessary support services to parents in order to meet their needs and the needs of their children. The Case Manager must perform a needs assessment, case/treatment/family service plan, maintain daily documentation, progress reports and discharge summary. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining all documentation required by the assigned program and contract.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with children involved in the child welfare system. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word.
