Job Description

This position is responsible for performing individual and family needs assessments. Coordinate all services, provide and schedule in-home services. Provide referrals for services from collaborative partners. Document services and referrals. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, to meet the needs of the families served in the program. 

Skills / Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with children and families with diverse backgrounds. The two years may include experience in child welfare, juvenile justice, or another social service area. Knowledge of the dependency system as well as child development, parenting, Kinship issues and social services in Broward County is required.
